Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for monitoring and logging daily traffic entering and leaving the facility, answering phones, and communicating with Material Handling on status of loads. These positions are also responsible for monitoring what is being brought in and out of the facility and enforcing Tyson policy if needed. This position is also in constant communication with truck drivers, vendors, and team members. Other job assignments include checking identification of all visitors, vendors, contractors, and team members and allowing only authorized personnel into the facility. Other duties include writing investigation reports of accidents, thefts, workplace violence, and other incidents that may occur. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED preferred not required Experience: None. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills Communication Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate under stressful situations. Must be able to work in both hot cold temperatures, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a positive work ethic attitude.

Must have a good Safety Record and awareness.

Good attendance is a must. If or when the team member that holds this position reaches 6.5 attendance points or more, they will be removed from this position and offered a no jobber open position in production.
