Profile
Our client, a precision machine shop located in the Wheeling area, seeks an experienced Shipping Clerk, the ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a fast paced warehouse.
Job Responsibilities:
Count and package parts to fulfill customer order. Package product per specification to ensure safe arrival.
Provide certification documentation to customer and bill information to customer service
Maintain an accurate and real time inventory using Job Boss
Process parts for outside service.
Pack and ship parts to our customer to be delivered within the delivery window.
Job Prerequisites:
Some computer skills necessary
Previous shipping experience preferred
Self-motivated to succeed.
Organizational skills
Experience with UPS and Fed Ex a plus
Forklift experience a plus
Hard working
Ability to work in a team concept.
Physical Requirements
Requires the ability to lift 30 lbs. and be able to stand for 4 hours or more.
