SUMMARY :

Primary responsibility providing mechanical/technical/operational support for the plant scales/electronic equipment be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Must adhere to all applicable safety/environmental policies and procedures while demonstrating a proper

safety attitude and awareness.

As a member of the Maintenance Department, is expected to provide timely, positive response/support as

needed to production operations.

As directed performs PMs/inspections and executes work order tasks for the maintenance and repair of

equipment in areas of responsibility.

As needs/workload dictate, may be required to assist in supporting other areas of the Maintenance Department

REQUIREMENTS:

Above average mechanical skills/aptitude with at least one year of maintenance technician and must have successfully completed technical training through at least level 6 required. Or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trade programs, military training, or other training as applicable.

Effective computer/keyboard skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient math skills.

Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.

Prior experience with scale maintenance preferred.

Experienced with PLC controls, scale and calibration, electronic circuitry preferred

Applicant with prior experience of 5 years in a related field or exhibit equivalent knowledge/skills of such preferred

Internal Candidates must have 4 attendance points or less to be eligible for consideration.
