The primary objective will be to achieve results in all areas of safety, production and quality, drive employee engagement and develop the team to continuously improve.u00a0nntDirect and manage production activities to meet departmental operational due dates, maintain production schedules at the most economical cost, keeping quality at a high standardntDrive accountability in the production area while influencing your team to achieve defined metrics and goalsntProactively implement, promote, and maintain a safe working environment through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and adherence to plant safety policies and encouraging employees to follow sound safety practices.
