A Painter Supervisor is responsible for supervising and performing daily duties of painting, maintaining, and repairing surfaces of the building , furniture, rooms and equipment throughout the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Painter Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising and performing daily duties of painting in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


Supervise and perform painting duties including, but not limited to, painting, maintaining and repairing painted, wall-covered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structures, rooms, furniture and equipment throughout the hotel and facilities
Respond to guest and team member inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting evaluations, training and delivering recognition and reward
