 ENSCO Avionics, Inc. has a need for a hands-on Circuit Board Technician for the development and integration of Avionic Control and test systems.  Candidate will perform final fabrication, integration, test/checkout activities.  Knowledge of circuit design, electrical engineering concepts and terminology, and ability to read and interpret schematics is required.  The work is performed in Engineering lab environment with equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and power supplies.  Minor board level repair will require component placement, solder, and de-solder skills.  Integration includes working with systems and software engineers to debug the cards down to the component level utilizing high level software scripts to control the test stand.  Test circuit design performed in Visio and Eagle toolsets for enhanced investigations.  Additional responsibilities include selecting hardware components, as well as ordering, expediting, and tracking component parts used by the test system.     Minimum 3-5 years' experience or BS or equivalent with 1 year experienceExperience with electronic circuits and electrical engineering conceptsExperience with circuit board debug and integrationExperience working in Lab environment in team environmentMS Office (Excel, Word, etc)Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environmentsExcellent verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively in teleconferences with suppliers, clients and colleaguesMust be a U.S. CitizenExperience with Microsoft VisioExperience with Autodesk EagleTest Equipment experienceExperience with software scripting languages#LI-MM1For more than 35 years, ENSCO Avionics has developed sophisticated airborne systems for the aerospace industry to meet DO-178C, DO-254, DO-278A, and military standards for manned and unmanned systems.
