Duties & Responsibilities: Inspect content and compare with records, such as manifest, invoices, and order, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments Gather, review and organize orders prior to start of shift. Prepare documents, such as pick list and bill of lading Inspect incoming and outgoing material Record shipping data such as weight and material specification Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Communicate with, truck drivers, customers, and other members of management. Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner Assist in loading and unloading as needed. Provide general support to the Operations and warehouse team Performs other duties as assigned. Use required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the companySkills & knowledge needed for the effective performance of essential job functions: Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple task simultaneously Average knowledge of computers and data entry.
